KNOW MORE ABOUT THE MOUNTAIN KILIMANJARO.
The second Highest Mountain In the world.
Mount Kilimanjaro
Rising over 5km from the surrounding plains to a peak of 5892m, Kilimanjaro, a national park, and a World Heritage Site since 1989, is Africa’s highest mountain. Kilimanjaro is located north of Tanzania near the town of Moshi and is a protected area, carefully regulated for climbers to enjoy without leaving a trace of their presence. The mountain’s ecosystems are as strikingly beautiful as they are varied and diverse. On the lowland slopes, much of the mountain is farmland, with coffee, banana, cassava, and maize crops grown for subsistence and cash sale. A few larger coffee farms still exist on the lower slopes, but much of the area outside the national park has been subdivided into small plots. Once inside the park, thick lowland forest covers the lower altitudes and breaks into alpine meadows once the air begins to thin. Near the peak, the landscape is barren with rocks and ice the predominant features above a breathtaking African view.
Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro is the highlight of most visitors’ experiences in Tanzania. From the peaks there are breathtaking views of Amboseli National Park in Kenya, the Rift Valley, and the Maasai Steppe, that belongs to Kilimanjaro.
From Shauritanga Secondary School a person may arrange a tour to this mountain without any problem as the school is around the areas of the foot of the Mountain.
EXAMINATION PERIOD TOWARDS EDUCATION
The purpose of the test is to make a final review of the topics covered and assessment of each student's knowledge of the subject . Not all topics culminate in a final exams but some are given a high strength depending on their profitable importance in our daily life or their great contribution in our final exams. Our teachers may assign a us with a test paper,mid-term exams or terminal examinations. The weighting of the terminal exams varies. It may be the largest or only factor in the student's course grade; in other cases, it may carry the same weight as a mid-term exam, or the student may be examined orally.
An examination is normally positive to students when they have prepared themselves enough to meet the required marks. And becomes painfully if no any preparation that has been done.It is this period that, some of the students found themselves to be in a position that endangers their life especially if the case of mass failure is occurred.
Lets work hard to ensure our sustainability for the future life.

TEN REASONS WHY EDUCATIONAL TOURS FOR STUDENTS ARE IMPORTANT IN EDUCATION.
One of our educational tour in TANGA Tanzania. |
Gone are the days, when the education used to be only study centric. In current times, education is regarded as something which should help in overall and complete, mental and physical development of the students. This is the reason, why, apart from studies, many other activities, such as playing, chatting and educational tour, is also given much importance in schools.
Here we are going to discuss about the significance of educational tour and why they are so
much important
1.The reason why it is done so is that when students will be provided
all these options, they can better evolve to face the future challenges of
their life. .There is no doubt that there are a host of benefits of educational tour for students2.From the name itself we can derive that opting for
such tours we students can expose ourselves to altogether new people, culture
and places.4.In this way we can broaden our thoughts and also think out of the
box.It is always not necessary that the educational trips should be to places,
which are quite far away from school places. Our school authority is always
opting for those places which has significance and could during those tour we
students, under the vigilant eyes of our teachers, we travel and
tour different places. We visit some of the most strategically and historically
important places. So, by visiting those places, we explore places which we have,
up-till then, have seen only in our school books.3.In short by interest us.Although, compared to
others, moving a little farther and going to places which are far away
from our comfort zone, is a much better option. But it happens that organizing
such kind of tours is not as easy as it looks. So, for such far away
educational tour, opting for them is normally difficult .

"Sometimes we need
to rest outside after staying in the classrooms for a long time and a study
tour may be a reasonable solution for us to make a refreshment"Dorice
said.5. We as students we are normally learning by
being taught in the the class where the education is centric but
educational tours enables us to see and make the application of what we have
been taught. 6.Educational tour has been good tool in our school for many
students to understand the importance of the education which is given daily,in
such a way that it increases the number of students in different schools as
even the villagers get to understand the importance of education. This happens
as we narrate some stories to them. 7.Apart
from learning by reading books only we students we may have fun as
we are normally excited by the trip and makes our memories to remember what we
have enjoyed most.A trip gives us a chance to chat ourselves out of the
school atmosphere and finally we return to our classrooms with a renewed focus
on our schoolwork.8.Bonding,getting
away from the everyday atmosphere of the classroom gives us an opportunity to
spend time with each other in a new environment. and sometimes forgetting
some quarrels if they were there and finally forgiving each other.9. Informal Learning
Environment, Educational trips provide valuable educational opportunities
away from the classroom, without using textbooks and other tools used in a
normal school setting. In Educational trips we can often learn while having fun
in a more informal environment.10.Lastly educational tour simplifies much our
studies and makes easier to remember different concepts that we are normally
asked in exams.
